Who is the data controller?

ECLER COSMETICS, owner of ECLER COSMETICS.
Tenerife, Islas Canarias, España
Email: info@eclercosmetics.com.

What data do we use?

Details you provide when contacting us: name, email, telephone where applicable, enquiry topic and message. The retailer form also requests the business, business type, town or island and contact person. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the form; the retailer email is needed to send the dossier link. You can also contact us by email.

The hosting service processes technical access information such as IP address, time, browser and information needed to provide and protect the service. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects browser identifiers, pages and interactions, device information and approximate location. Our code does not send form contents or your contact details to Analytics.

If you choose to load the map, Google receives technical connection information and may use identifiers under its own policies. Accepting analytics alone does not load the map.

What purposes and legal bases apply?

The privacy checkbox acknowledges that you have read this information; it does not subscribe you to advertising. Requesting a dossier does not authorise promotional messages. We do not sell your data or use this website for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Loading the map is optional and takes place at the user’s express request after the notice, based on consent to activate that service.

Who may receive the data?

Enquiries are received at info@eclercosmetics.com and copied to authorised mailboxes of the owner and people assisting with enquiries. The visitor receives a separate acknowledgement that does not disclose internal recipients. The dossier is provided as a link to a public PDF in Spanish.

Webempresa provides hosting, email and related technical services. Copies are sent to Gmail mailboxes provided by Google, so enquiry contents are also processed by that service. Google Analytics processes browsing data only if you accept analytics. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes, and authorities or other recipients where required by law. Enquiries are not disclosed for third-party advertising.

Are there international transfers?

Gmail and Google Analytics may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Google explains its transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities and standard contractual clauses where applicable. See Google’s privacy policy and transfer safeguards, or request further information at info@eclercosmetics.com.

How long do we keep data?

Enquiries and replies are retained while needed to resolve and follow up your request or maintain the resulting business relationship. Once no longer needed, they are deleted or access is restricted if retention is required by law or to address potential liabilities, for the applicable legal periods. This also applies to email copies.

Form protection stores request identifiers and a hashed IP address to limit attempts, without storing message contents in that history. It uses a 24-hour window, and old files are purged when new submissions are processed. The hosting provider may retain technical logs and backups as needed for security and service continuity.

Analytics cookies may last up to two years, subject to browser limits. Individual Analytics data follows the service’s retention setting, with a maximum selectable period of 14 months for the standard property; new activity may reset the user identifier’s retention period. Aggregated reports are not subject to the same period. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for six months. See the cookie policy for details.

What rights do you have?

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to info@eclercosmetics.com or the address above. Specify the right you wish to exercise; additional identity information will be requested only if needed to verify your request. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw analytics consent using the cookie icon or “Cookies and preferences”, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
